Remote Therapeutic Monitoring

Using the Vertigenius™ platform, Melissa can monitor your progress and upgrade your exercise program remotely in between visits. This is a great supplement to keep you motivated and moving forward with your treatment.

Fees

LIsted below are the fees associated with the different services provided

Evaluation $250

This is not a timed session and can be done in person (preferred for local patients) or telehealth. This is a one-time occurrence at the beginning of care.

Follow-up sessions $200

These are any sessions that take place following the evaluation, whether in person or telehealth. These sessions are 60 minutes. They occur as many times as needed and agreed upon by yourself and Melissa.

Vertigenius™ $230

If you choose to use this platform, you purchase the device from Melissa for $230. This gives you the device which you wear during your home exercises, as well as their Vertigenius™ app with the exercises prescribed to you by Melissa, complete with videos and biofeedback provided from the device. This device is yours to keep for life and can be used again in the future if you have the need for vestibular rehab again.

Remote Monitoring via Vertigenius™ $99/month

If you choose to use Vertigenius™, Melissa will be able to monitor your progress remotely and adjust exercises as needed. This services allow for quicker progressions through treatment and possibly reduce the number of follow-up sessions required.

All fees are non-refundable once service is rendered.

Care Package (Optional Savings!)

Most vestibular patients require multiple visits for full recovery. For patients who prefer to commit upfront and save on care, we offer the following optional care package:

Single Visit: $200
4-Visit Bundle: $700 (Save $100)

Bundles are optional and based on individual clinical need. We will always discuss your personalized care plan before recommending a bundle.

How Payment Works

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a secure email or text with your intake forms and a payment link (if you choose to pay by card). Cash or check payment may also be completed at the start of your visit. For telehealth treatments, only credit card payments will be accepted.

This system keeps your costs transparent while allowing me to provide high-quality, one-on-one care.

Hawai'i Dizziness & Balance Therapy is a cash-based practice. This allows me to provide longer, personalized, and highly specialized vestibular care without the restrictions of insurance.
